About Us

Education changes outcomes. Community changes lives.

Kaleidoscope Support offers inclusive and affirming support, education, and community — evolving into a mission-led non-profit to help more students, families, and communities access the resources they need.

Why we exist

We believe every child deserves to be safe and every mind deserves to be understood. We also believe education is a path to better outcomes for all, so we advocate for broader access to neurodiversity resources and better measures for child safety online.

We believe support and education should be easier to find and access, regardless of zip code, formal diagnosis, or financial status. That is why we started Kaleidoscope Support — to fill those gaps.

From neurodiversity program to community movement

What began as a neurodiversity coaching and education program has grown into something bigger. We are building a focused organization that supports neurodiversity education and community while also advancing digital safety efforts designed to help protect children and strengthen safer systems around them.

Education is the entry point — we pair education with community action and protection to improve outcomes. Our two programs — Neurodiversity Support and the Coalition for Child Safety — work together under one mission, one brand, and one community.

What We Believe

The values behind everything we do

🛡️

Every child deserves safety

We advocate for stronger protections, better digital safety education, and community infrastructure that puts children first — online and off.

🧠

Every mind deserves understanding

Neurodiversity is a spectrum of strengths and challenges. We provide affirming, evidence-based education and support — no formal diagnosis required.

🌍

Access shouldn't depend on zip code

Support and education should be easier to find and access, regardless of where you live, your financial status, or whether you have a formal diagnosis.

Meet the Founder

Megan Anderson

Founder & Executive Director

Megan founded Kaleidoscope Support from personal experience navigating neurodiversity — as someone who is AuDHD herself. She understands firsthand that this road is not an easy one to walk every day, and that neurodiversity comes with a blend of strengths and challenges that no one-size-fits-all strategy can address.

As an educator, speaker, and trainer, Megan's focus is on translating complex information into approachable guidance for real people — not just specialists. Her work spans neurodiversity coaching and education, digital safety curriculum development, and community coalition building.

Under Megan's leadership, Kaleidoscope is evolving from a coaching practice into a mission-led nonprofit with two core programs, a 4-pillar child safety framework, and a vision for accessible education that reaches every community.
