Frequently asked.

Do I need a background in education to volunteer?

Not at all. Volunteers help with event coordination, community outreach, materials preparation, and awareness campaigns. We provide training and guidance for any role that touches curriculum delivery.

What does an Advisory Council member actually do?

Advisors attend quarterly virtual meetings, review program data and certification standards, provide subject-matter feedback, and make strategic introductions where appropriate. It's an advisory role — not a governance or operational commitment.

Is individual certification different from school certification?

Yes. School certification (Safe Campus) is an institutional recognition based on measurable outcomes across students, staff, and infrastructure. Individual certification recognizes personal completion of education tracks — available to parents, educators, and community professionals independently.

Are donations tax-deductible?

Yes. The Kaleidoscope Support Network is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All donations are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.

Can I recommend my child's school for the pilot program?

Absolutely. Parent advocacy is one of the strongest pathways for program adoption. Contact us with your school's information and we'll reach out to their administration to explore participation.

You don't have to navigate this alone.

Whether you're a school, a parent, or a community member — there's a place for you in this work.
